Job summary

Nightwing is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive execution across our Cyber Products portfolio. You will serve as the hub between technical teams, customers, and leadership, translating feedback into actionable priorities and ensuring successful program delivery.

You will coordinate across engineering, contracts, and business development, engaging DoD and federal civilian markets to support revenue growth and strategic partnerships while maintaining technical credibility in cyber

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, program management, or technical sales in cybersecurity
• Minimum 5 years managing government programs or products
• Experience supporting DoD customers and government contracting processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements across engineering, business development, and customers
• Prioritize product development based on market demands and feedback
• Lead end-to-end program delivery for cyber product deployments
• Support capture efforts and develop relationships with partners and system integrators
• Communicate market feedback to inform pricing and product strategy
