Job summary

Nightwing is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Huntsville, AL to drive execution for our Cyber Products portfolio, coordinating product development priorities, program deployment across multiple sites, and support for business development and sales activities. You will act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and leadership to ensure alignment with market needs.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain Top Secret / SCI clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in cybersecurity domain.
• 8+ years of combined experience in product management, program management, or technical sales within the cybersecurity domain.
• Minimum 5 years managing government programs or delivering products to government customers.
• Experience with FAR and government contracting processes.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, contracts, finance, security, etc.
• Familiarity with cyber frameworks including Risk Management Framework, MITRE ATT&CK, and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into clear, actionable product development priorities for engineering teams.
• Act as the primary voice of the customer to product development, ensuring products meet evolving operational needs.
• Facilitate prioritization decisions by providing market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer urgency assessments.
• Develop compelling product messaging and positioning materials for both technical users and executive decision-makers.
• Lead end-to-end program management for cyber product deployments across multiple customer sites and contracts.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact throughout program lifecycle.
• Coordinate with contracts, finance, security, and supply chain to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support capture efforts for new business opportunities with technical insights and market feedback.
