Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a dynamic network engineering team in a unique mission space. You will work closely with the customer, the project integrator, the network engineers and architects to ensure requirements and timelines are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/ CE or related field, 5+ years in program management, PMP, and TS/SCI with polygraph. Strong leadership, communications and collaboration across teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day.
• Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Single POC for contract performance.
• Leads team project execution.
• Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of SOW efforts.
• Tracks & reports program metrics (Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality).
• Ensures systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
• Creates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.
• Manages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel.
• Establishes training plans to maintain and evolve skills.
• Prepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers.
• Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and stakeholders.
