You will serve as the primary client interface, manage multiple contract vehicles (IDIQs, MATOCs), coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive business growth through strong relationships with federal clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in the AEC industry.
• 5+ years of federal government contracts, task orders, or programs.
• Direct DHS program experience preferred; other agencies valued.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, contract compliance, and government expectations.
• Experience managing IDIQ, MATOC, and similar contracts; budgets and schedules.
• PMI-PMP or similar credentials preferred; PE/RA/CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage federal government AEC programs from initiation to closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for federal clients and agency stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, task orders, IDIQs, MATOCs per FAR and standards.
• Support federal delivery with DHS focus and contract compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, planning, environmental, surveying, and construction management.
• Develop and maintain PM plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, risk, and quality plans.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Review deliverables, invoices, and progress/status reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Support federal business development and capture efforts.
• Build long-term client relationships and lead project meetings and lessons learned.
