Job summary

Confidential in Construction Company is seeking a senior project manager to lead and manage large-scale federal construction and infrastructure programs, ensuring strict adherence to FAR/DFARS and complex contract delivery.

You will oversee execution from start to closeout across multiple locations, mentor project teams, and drive profitability, while building strong relationships with federal clients and supporting BD proposals. Will travel nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in federal project management, including 5+ in senior leadership.
• Proven success managing design-build and IDIQ contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal project delivery methods.
• PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide as needed.
