Job summary

AECOM seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee the long-term management and growth of its Federal portfolio in the Pacific Northwest. The role involves leading a dedicated PM team, managing multiple task orders, and coordinating with business line leadership to drive pipeline development and compliance with regulations and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in Federal program management, exposure to USACE/NavFAC/USAF environments, and proven ability to deliver

Qualifications

BA/BS in Engineering, Architecture or related field; 10+ years of program management experience.
Licensed PE or RA preferred.
Experience with DoD and Federal-Civilian agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee the long-term management and growth of the Federal portfolio in the Pacific Northwest.
Lead a dedicated project management team and oversee multiple task orders.
Develop and track pipeline; oversee regulatory compliance and QA programs.
Direct staff and subcontractors; ensure contractual performance and milestones.
Support business development with pipeline growth and client engagement plans.
Prepare cost estimates and technical approaches for proposals.
