Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, with 8+ years of related experience.
US citizenship is required.
Experience managing subcontractors and preparing design reports/submittals.
DoD project experience; security clearance a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead federal projects for USACE, NAVFAC, US Air Force, or other federal agencies.
Ensure completion within budget, schedule, and specs.
Review contracts and subcontracts; manage subcontractors.
Monitor project financials and report to PM.
Develop and maintain design schedules for approval.
Direct professional and technical staff on complex projects.
