Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to lead Federal projects from a base in Southern California, with flexibility for Orange, San Diego, or Los Angeles offices. You will drive interdisciplinary projects, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

You will oversee project teams, coordinate tasks, and provide regular updates on status, quality, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Architectural licensure or Professional Engineer.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute interdisciplinary Federal projects across the project lifecycle.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, fees and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal and external project team members.
• Provide clear written, verbal, and presentation communication to senior management.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and support project pursuits including scope/fee.
