Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the long-term management and growth of our Federal portfolio in the Pacific Northwest. The selected candidate will take over an existing portfolio of large, multi-year contracts and lead a dedicated project management team from offices in Seattle, Portland or Anchorage.

Responsibilities include developing/ tracking the pipeline, coordinating with senior leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering projects on time and

Qualifications

  • Experience managing federal projects or programs, ideally with USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, or other federal agencies.
  • Ability to build and lead program management teams and coordinate with Architecture, Engineering and General Contractors.
  • Proven track record delivering multiyear / multitask order contracts and managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee long-term portfolio management and growth of Federal work in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Lead and develop a dedicated project management team; manage multiple task orders with executive oversight.
  • Develop and track the pipeline; ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards; supervise staff and subcontractors.
