Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of program management experience, preferably in federal sector.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex programs ($5M+).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across all levels.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Produce regular status reports and briefings for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal program management standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor program team members.
