Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience leading large-scale Federal programs or managed services.
• Experience leading operational transformation, PMO, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience briefing executive stakeholders and governance boards.
• Ability to secure a Public Trust level security clearance and US citizenship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of large-scale Federal consulting engagements, serving as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, contract performance, financial management, and delivery excellence.
• Lead operational improvement and organizational transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and mission outcomes.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior Federal stakeholders across agencies.
• Manage program governance activities including executive reporting, risk management, and staffing.
• Support business development activities including capture, proposal development, and growth opportunities.
