Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced program administrator to direct a 500+ person federal services program in Tysons, VA. You will lead workforce planning, onboarding, security, and lifecycle operations while coordinating finance, contracts, and subcontractors to ensure delivery readiness and contractual alignment.

You will also oversee budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, translating metrics into actionable guidance for senior leadership. A Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive program administration experience in federal contracting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with government stakeholders.
• Proven ability to present to program leadership and government points of contact.
• Experience supporting PIV, GFE, subcontractor onboarding/offboarding, and procurement.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct Program Administration across a 500+ person federal services program.
• Integrate workforce planning, onboarding, resource management, and lifecycle operations.
• Lead financial operations analysis across subcontractor funding and labor utilization.
• Identify delivery risks and recommend corrective actions for funding and staffing.
• Support financial forecasting, funding monitoring, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate governance across program leadership, finance, contracts, and security.
• Oversee Security, PIV and GFE administration per requirements.
• Ensure timely provisioning and alignment between staffing, access, and equipment.
• Track security training, roster management, and compliance reporting.
• Establish governance structures and reporting standards for transparency.
