Guidehouse in the United States (McLean, VA) seeks a Program Manager to serve as the lead and single point of accountability for all contractor work on a multi-project contract. The role requires active Secret clearance, PMP and DAWIA PM Advanced certifications, and at least five years of contract management experience.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, progress monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all administrative and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (must be maintained)
• Minimum of 5 years managing multi-project contracts
• PMP certification required
• DAWIA Program Management Advanced–level certification
• Ability to lead strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and issue resolution

Responsibilities

• Serve as overall lead and single point of accountability for all contractor work under the contract.
• Plan, budget, staff, quality control, and oversee performance across multiple projects.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing; monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Act as primary Government contact and be designated Key Personnel
