Job summary

Northramp LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support an anticipated federal task order. This role is designated as Key Personnel and contingent upon contract award.

The Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact to the Contracting Officer and COR for task order management, and provide direct support to the agency's leadership team. This role is primarily on-site in Washington, DC, with COR-approved remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DHS Secret (or higher) security clearance already in place.
• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in business, public administration, IT management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing federal IT or professional services task orders or contracts, including direct, personal ownership of budget, invoicing, staffing, and subcontractor oversight — not solely coordination in support of someone else who held that ownership.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Program Manager or equivalent single point of contact to a federal Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with demonstrated experience preparing executive-level reports, meeting minutes, and briefings.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Northramp's single point of contact to the CO and COR for all task order management.
• Provide direct support to the federal agency's leadership team.
• Oversee budget, invoicing, staffing, and subcontractors for federal IT or professional services task orders.
• Ensure strong, clear executive-level reporting and briefings.
• Coordinate on-site activities and coordinate any COR-approved remote work.
