Job summary

Hitachi Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Professional Services to lead a portfolio of federal technology engagements with emphasis on delivery, growth, and performance. The role partners across organizations to ensure successful outcomes while expanding support for federal customers.

The ideal candidate has PMP certification, TS/SCI clearance, and deep experience in software development, cloud, data, and infrastructure within federal programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience across complex federal IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and performance of an assigned portfolio of professional services engagements.
• Lead executive-level customer governance and manage relationships with federal customers and partners.
• Forecast revenue, manage budgets, staffing, and risk across multiple engagements.
• Identify opportunities for contract extensions, follow-on work, and new opportunities within existing relationships.
