• Serve as the primary Hitachi Federal program management point of contact with customers and partners.
• Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Coordinate service delivery to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead monthly program management reviews with metrics on delivery, risk, and growth.
