Job summary

BLN24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the CFPB RegTech BPA program. You will guide agile delivery, coordinate regulatory and technical teams, and ensure milestones, risk, and quality metrics are managed in a FISMA Moderate environment.

This Key Personnel role requires 8+ years of federal IT project management experience, familiarity with HMDA/Reg C/1071, and proficiency with Jira or similar tracking tools. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management on federal IT contracts
• Experience with HMDA, Regulation C, Section 1071/ECOA or equivalent regulatory domain
• Proven experience delivering Agile programs (SAFe, Scrum)
• Experience running Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)
• Ability to coordinate between regulatory/policy and technical delivery teams
• Experience with FISMA Moderate or similar security-compliance programs
• Bachelor's degree; PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program management interface with the CFPB Bureau Program Manager
• Own call planning, BOE development, milestone scheduling and deliverable acceptance
• Translate regulatory changes into backlog items; coordinate regulatory staff and technical team
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and maintain velocity, burn-down, and quality metrics
• Track and report milestones, dependencies, staffing health, risks, defects, actions
• Manage risk, escalation, and issue resolution across all task areas
