Job summary

Agile Defense, LLC is hiring Program Managers, Deputy Program Managers, Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to run delivery for CBP-related missions. You will coordinate work across network, cloud, cybersecurity, and field teams, managing commitments with the customer and navigating federal change control and accreditation processes that set the pace of delivery.

This role requires on-site or hybrid posture and a CBP BI/EOD preference.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in federal programs with change control and accreditation
• Ability to communicate bad news early and cost of decisions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work across network, cloud, cybersecurity and field teams to meet commitments
• Manage customer expectations and align deliveries with accreditation milestones
• Resolve blockers at the lowest capable level and escalate when needed
• Report status with actionable insights and risks to the customer
