Job summary

Agile Defense, Inc. is seeking Program/Deputy Program/ Senior/ Project Managers to drive delivery for CBP-related programs. The role involves coordinating across network, cloud, cybersecurity, and field deployment teams in a federal setting with change control and accreditation requirements.

A CBP BI is highly preferred; Top Secret/SCI eligibility may be required for some roles. Location is Reston, VA and Ashburn, VA with a hybrid 3–5 days schedule and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Delivered technical work in a federal program where change control and accreditation set the pace.
• Told a customer bad news early, and can describe how that conversation went and what it cost you.
• Ran delivery across teams you did not manage and had no authority over.
• Took over a project that was already behind and can say what you changed first.
• Holds an active CBP BI, a fitness determination at another DHS component, or an active DoD clearance.
• Know enough about infrastructure, cloud, or security work to challenge an estimate without needing someone to translate it for you.
• PMP, agile delivery certifications, or equivalent are useful, but they are not a substitute for having delivered.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across constraints in federal environments, coordinating network, cloud, cybersecurity, and field deployment teams.
• Move work through federal change control and accreditation processes to set the pace of delivery.
• Manage commitments with the customer and ensure actionable, timely status reporting.
