Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant for Federal Financial Management Transformation in the Atlanta area. You will lead and support engagements to modernize budget and financial management processes, leveraging data analytics and AI-enabled tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will mentor junior teammates, manage client relationships, and deliver analyses, dashboards, and SOPs that drive efficiency and actionable insights in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3+ years in finance and/or data analytics.
• At least 1 year supporting federal financial management and budget lifecycle activities.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Improve federal budget and financial management operations through analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Lead and support client engagements, gathering requirements and designing solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to program management.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop deliverables, reports, SOPs, templates, and dashboards.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and leadership.
• Plan meetings with executive-level clients to drive alignment.
• Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment.
