Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent work or military experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience doing budget planning and execution.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables and maintain organization under deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and present acquisition, budget, and financial data to support decision-making.
• Support budget execution activities, including purchase card management and year-end closeout.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support acquisition and business process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with federal stakeholders to collect information and track action items.
• Prepare written deliverables, briefings, and presentations for client leadership.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering high-quality work products.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
