Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 6+ years of professional federal financial management experience.
• 3+ years serving federal government clients or public sector organizations.
• Experience with budget lifecycle, forecasting, and funds control.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management, budget execution, fiscal stewardship, and resource management engagements for federal health clients.
• Advise senior federal leaders on budget execution strategies and funding priorities.
• Support budget planning, spend plans, forecasting, and executive decision support.
• Analyze financial, operational, and program data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Design and implement modernized financial management capabilities including dashboards and automation.
• Facilitate executive meetings and stakeholder discussions to build consensus.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, and governance documentation for sustainable operations.
• Mentor junior team members and manage project delivery and engagement financials.
• Support business development, proposals, and thought leadership in federal financial management.
