Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Contract Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, inspections, and project activities for federally owned and leased facilities. You will ensure GSA compliance, coordinate with tenants, and support safety, budgeting, and reporting under COR guidance.

Ideal candidates bring extensive construction project management and facilities experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects, interact with contractors, and uphold regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in construction project management or property management.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance and government smart card.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and manage federally owned and leased facilities to ensure compliance with GSA principles.
• Support construction and repair projects with cost estimates and scopes of work.
• Serve as on-site GSA representative during construction, enforcing safety and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain project documentation for COR review.
• Manage tenant relationships and support space modifications.
