MIRACORP is seeking a Contract Facility Manager to support GSA PBS across DHS Lease Admin Management programs in Fort Worth, TX. You will manage daily operations, inspections, and project activities, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance across facilities.

The role requires extensive coordination with tenants, contractors, and agencies, with up to 25% travel. A 4-year degree and significant project management experience are required to drive successful facilities oversight.

Formación

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in construction project management, or managing a portfolio of leased properties.
• Working knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, real estate, or related field, and/or ten years of relevant management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of national, state, and local building codes; able to coordinate with contractors, tenants, and agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Travel up to 25% to support facilities.
• Inspect and manage facilities to ensure compliance with GSA standards and lease terms.
• Conduct inspections; document findings; issue deficiency notices; verify corrective actions.
• Support construction and repair projects with cost estimates, scopes of work, and progress monitoring.
• Serve as on-site GSA representative during construction; enforce safety and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare inspection reports, correspondence for GSA signature, maintain documentation, support budgeting.
• Manage customer relationships and tenant concerns; support space modifications.
• Monitor operations, costs, and asset conditions for long-term preservation.
• Perform physical inspections including roofs and mechanical spaces; wear PPE.
• Attend meetings and represent GSA interests; assist with issue resolution with contractors, tenants, and agencies.
