Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Contract Facility Manager to support GSA PBS by managing daily operations, inspections, and project activities across federally owned and leased facilities that support the LAM program.

The role ensures compliance with property management standards, oversees construction and repair projects, coordinates with tenants and contractors, and serves as on-site representative for performance, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of progressive experience in construction project management or facility management.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical systems and fire alarm/control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business, real estate, or related field; or 10 years of relevant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, inspections, and project activities across federally owned and leased facilities.
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders; serve as on-site representative for safety and performance.
• Prepare cost estimates, scopes of work, and review design documents; monitor construction progress.
