Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Program Manager II to plan, coordinate, and execute programs for U.S. GSA operations and federal facilities. You will manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple projects and contractors.

The role requires a PMP/PgMP or comparable certification, 10+ years in construction program management, and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams while ensuring compliance and quality. Occasional travel to site locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction program management.
• PMP, PgMP or construction certification desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with government/federal projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and program activities for GSA and federal facilities.
• Track schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks and performance.
• Coordinate with GSA personnel, contractors, vendors, engineers, architects, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting minutes, and executive briefings.
• Ensure compliance with federal requirements and QA/QC processes.
