Job summary

MIRACORP Inc is seeking a Contract Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, inspections, and project activities for GSA PBS facilities. The role ensures compliance with GSA standards, coordinates with tenants and contractors, and acts as the on-site representative for safety, customer service, and facility performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project or building management, with strong knowledge of codes, systems, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive experience in construction project management or building portfolio management.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and control systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of national, state, and local building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and manage federally owned and leased facilities to ensure compliance with GSA property management standards.
• Support construction and repair projects with estimates, scope reviews, and progress monitoring.
• Serve as on-site GSA representative during construction, enforcing safety and coordinating with contractors and tenants.
• Prepare inspection reports, draft correspondence for GSA signing, and maintain project documentation.
