Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Contract Facility Manager to support GSA PBS across federally owned and leased facilities. You will manage daily operations, inspections, and project activities for commercial or federal properties with strong systems knowledge, coordinating with tenants and contractors and ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires experience with building systems and project oversight, plus the ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with GSA systems preferred.
• Resume must include at least three relevant commercial or federal properties/projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and manage facilities to ensure compliance with property management principles and lease terms.
• Conduct inspections of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire alarm, and control systems.
• Support construction/repair projects with cost estimates and scopes of work.
• Represent ownership on-site during construction, coordinating with contractors and tenants.
• Prepare inspection reports, draft correspondence, and support budgeting/financial tracking.
• Manage tenant relationships and coordinate space modifications as needed.
• Monitor operating costs and asset conditions to support long-term preservation.
• Perform physical inspections of roofs, mechanical/electrical rooms, and construction sites.
• Attend meetings and advocate for ownership/stakeholder interests.
