Job summary

At MIRACORP, the Facility Manager oversees GSA PBS operations for federally owned and leased properties, ensuring compliance and safety during construction and repair projects. This role acts as on-site liaison, coordinating with contractors and tenants to meet standards and drive reliable day-to-day operations.

The candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and must be able to obtain HSPD-12 clearance and work with PBS tools.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in construction PM, building management, or leased properties.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm systems.
• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant management experience.
• Strong organizational, accounting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with national/state/local building codes and contractor coordination.
• Ability to perform physical inspections and wear PPE.
• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities meet GSA standards, terms, and operations.
• Conduct inspections and track corrective actions.
• Support construction and repair projects from planning through closeout.
• Serve as on-site representative during construction for safety and coordination.
• Prepare reports and assist budgeting and documentation.
• Manage tenant relationships and space modifications.
• Monitor costs, operations, and asset conditions.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders.
