Job summary

Cisco is seeking an Senior Account Executive for the US Air Force Enterprise portfolio. You will drive multi-year defense sales, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and engage senior leadership to deliver secure networking, zero-trust, and cloud strategies.

Expect to manage opportunities from $100K to $50M+, travel up to 30–50%, and navigate FAR/DFARS contracts with FSIs and partners. This remote role supports multiple Air Force and DoD programs across the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise technology sales or defense pre-sales consulting with quota over-achievement.
• Proven track record managing medium-to-large deals ($100K to $50M+) over 6–18 month federal timelines.
• Deep understanding of enterprise networking, zero-trust architectures, and secure infrastructure tech.
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams, engineering resources, and defense channel partners/FSIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead defense sales cycles across Air Force major commands and defense agencies, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Engage with General Officers, SES leaders, Air Force CIO/CDO teams, and acquisition executives to translate requirements into roadmaps.
• Drive growth in core defense infrastructure, including secure networking, zero-trust, and WAN/WAN security.
• Manage opportunity prospecting, capture planning, and CRM pipeline with multi-year sales commitments.
• Navigate FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, and GWACs in partnership with FSIs and partners.
