Job summary

SLSCO LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CBP border barrier Design-Build projects in the Southwestern US.

You will own the project’s delivery, cost control, schedule management, and contract compliance, coordinating with CBP CORs, inspectors, and government stakeholders throughout all phases. The role requires 10+ years in heavy civil or infrastructure PM, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proven experience with federally funded programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience on heavy civil or infrastructure projects valued $10M+
• Experience delivering at least two heavy civil Design-Build projects
• Experience with federally funded construction projects (CBP/USACE/DHS/NAVFAC or similar)

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery including cost, schedule, contract compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate with CBP CORs, inspectors, and government officials.
• Manage multiple CLINs and dispersed work fronts under fast-track federal contracts.
• Maintain project baseline schedule and recovery plans for schedule risks.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, cost control and reporting obligations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance per federal requirements.
