Job summary

LMI seeks a Construction Project Manager to support a federal program management office. This role offers remote work options and a chance to shape critical infrastructure projects that safeguard borders and support trade and travel.

You will lead every phase from initiation to closeout, coordinating with CBP, real estate, and environmental teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and preparing briefings for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of large-scale construction management experience; OR 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Professional certification in a relevant field such as a PMP or CCM.
• Ability to manage a large-scale project, develop budgets and schedules, perform risk analysis, and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager oversees all phases of infrastructure construction from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, risk and budget; track progress in CBP databases.
• Coordinate with real estate and environmental teams to obtain permits and ensure access.
• Collaborate with COR for SOWs, IGCEs, inspections, and PMR briefs to senior leadership.
