Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) seeks a mid-level to senior Contracts Administrator to independently manage the full life cycle of prime contracts and task orders, subcontracts AMA awards to other companies, and commercial agreements.

The successful candidate will bring foundation in federal contracting and the FAR, strong commercial contract knowledge, sound judgment, initiative, and effective time management, and will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting AMA's NASA and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, contracts management, supply chain management, finance, economics, accounting, legal studies, or a related field
• Mid-level (5+ years) contracts or subcontract administration experience
• Senior-level (8+ years) independent management of complex agreements and negotiations
• Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS and their application to prime contracts and subcontracts
• Experience with cost-type, fixed-price, and labor-based contracts and subcontracts
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and administer prime contracts, delivery orders, and task orders through pre- and post-award phases
• Support proposal and bid preparation, reviewing solicitations and statements of work to identify risks
• Serve as point of contact with Government contracting personnel and teaming partners
• Prepare subcontract terms and conditions and support CPSR/compliance
• Review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements including NDAs and master services agreements
• Coordinate with Finance and Program Management to resolve cost overruns and funding issues
