Kokosing Industrial, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex federal construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern U.S.

The role requires delivering ground-up and renovation projects safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong client relations. Responsibilities include coordinating with government agencies, managing CPM schedules, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with NAVFAC/USACE requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience on large-scale construction projects, especially NAVFAC/USACE.
• Strong knowledge of federal processes, documentation, and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and implement project work plans, staffing strategies, and resource allocation.
• Direct and coordinate efforts of superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and support staff.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across project teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with Contracting Officers, CORs, ROICCs, and Resident Engineers.
