Kokosing, a leading general contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead federal construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern U.S. in Chesapeake, VA.

You will direct multi-discipline teams, manage CPM schedules, budgets, and safety compliance (EM 385-1-1) while coordinating with NAVFAC, USACE, and client stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of large-scale project experience, a Civil/Construction degree, and a PE is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with NAVFAC and/or USACE projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and implement project work plans, staffing strategies, and resource allocation.
• Direct and coordinate efforts of superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and support staff.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across project teams.
• Maintain CPM-based project schedules and financial accountability (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profit/loss).
• Ensure compliance with NAVFAC/USACE requirements and safety standards (EM 385-1-1).
