Job summary

Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. seeks an experienced Field Superintendent to manage Federal contracts in the Mid-Atlantic region, including MILCON and infrastructure projects for USACE and NAVFAC.

Lead self-perform crews, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role covers multiple contract types and requires strong leadership, planning, and cost-awareness to prevent waste and overruns while delivering projects on time and within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 10+ years' experience in construction with leadership in a self-performing GC role.
• 5+ years' experience as Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan and coordinate personnel, equipment and materials for self-perform work.
• Coordinate work of subcontractors and provide GC support for safe, effective execution.
• Lead safety and productivity planning with crews and ensure accurate daily reports.
• Review drawings with Field Engineer and translate into field execution.
• Assist Project Manager with cost projections and field budgeting.
