• Coordinate activities of contractors and on-site personnel to ensure quality and safety.
• Serve as primary liaison between Federal client’s construction branch and stakeholders.
• Review documents to ensure FAR compliance and alignment with codes.
• Lead pre-construction and progress meetings and manage punch lists.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
