Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects per scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Act as primary liaison between Federal government client’s construction branch, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Review and evaluate construction documents (safety plans, QC plans, drawings, specs, RFIs) for FAR and codes alignment.
  • Lead pre-construction conferences, design/progress meetings, site inspections, and closeout activities with punch lists.
