Job summary

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 8 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to maintain quality, safety, and compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison between Federal government client’s construction branch, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Review and evaluate construction documents for FAR compliance and project standards.
• Lead pre-construction conferences, design and progress meetings, site inspections, and punch list management.
• Ensure activities comply with federal safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Track project performance metrics, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and train junior staff on best practices in construction management.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation for submission to federal agencies.
• Promote a culture of safety across all project sites including OSHA compliance.
