Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to maintain quality, safety, and compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Federal government client’s construction branch, project stakeholders, and contractors.
• Review construction documents to ensure FAR, design standards, and applicable codes alignment.
• Lead pre-construction conferences, design/progress meetings, on-site inspections, and closeout activities; manage punch lists.
• Ensure all construction activities meet federal safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Track project performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and train junior staff to promote best practices.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for submission to federal agencies.
• Promote safety across all project sites and ensure OSHA/agency compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
