Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC seeks a Lead Project Manager to direct complex federal construction programs, rehabilitation efforts, and multi-location projects. You will mentor project managers and coordinate with COR/CO/CGS to ensure mission success, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will lead strategic planning, enable cost-effective operations, and deliver rigorous program results for senior client leadership across diverse sites in Texas and federal facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related technical fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs, construction projects, or facilities initiatives.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience supporting federal, government, or large-scale programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and client organization (COR/CO/CGS).
• Lead and provide oversight to contracted Project Managers across diverse locations.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and program initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and program documentation for management review.
