Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related technical fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, construction projects, or facilities initiatives.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience supporting federal, government, or large-scale commercial programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to client leadership and program management for complex construction and facilities programs.
• Direct and manage multiple project managers and programs across diverse locations.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and program initiatives across locations.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, schedules, and quality objectives.
• Monitor project and program performance and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Develop mitigation strategies for program risks and issues.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource utilization for programs.
