Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related technical domains.
• Experience leading complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience supporting federal, government, or large-scale commercial programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to COR, CO and CGS.
• Lead and oversee multiple Project Managers and programs.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of projects across locations.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and schedules.
• Develop and implement program planning, resource allocation, and delivery strategies.
• Monitor performance and report on program status, budgets, and risks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; drive continuous improvement.
