CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC seeks a Program Manager II to lead complex federal construction and facilities programs, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities across multiple locations. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, client interaction, and ensuring program success within contractual constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management, project management, construction management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience directing multiple projects across diverse locations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing federal construction, facilities, or infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and manage multiple projects and teams across locations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned programs and contracts to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Manage annual program portfolios ranging from $20 million to $60 million in revenue.
• Develop client relationships and negotiate scope, schedules, and budgets with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics; implement mitigation as needed.
• Ensure QA/QC plans and compliance with client requirements and standards.
