Job summary

Clear Global Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Program Manager II to lead large federal construction and facilities programs. The role oversees planning, coordination, and delivery across distributed projects, ensuring budget, schedule, and contract compliance while engaging client and executive stakeholders.

You will drive strategic program execution, manage cross-functional teams, and mentor staff to support growth and program maturity within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management, project management, construction management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across diverse locations.
• Experience directing business, technical, administrative, and operational functions of large-scale programs.
• Strong understanding of construction, engineering, procurement, and project execution practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary counterpart to client program and technical management personnel.
• Direct and oversee multiple projects and technical teams across geographically dispersed locations.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned programs and contracts.
• Ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Manage annual program portfolios ranging from approximately $20 million to $60 million in revenue.
• Direct, supervise, and coordinate technical, administrative, and management personnel.
• Facilitate collaboration among project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present program status reports, performance updates, and executive briefings.
