Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Lead Project Manager for federal contracts on-site. You will lead a team of project managers, coordinate with the COR, CO, and client stakeholders, and oversee complex construction and facility rehabilitation programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role demands deep program management experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to align project objectives with client requirements across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
• Minimum 15 years in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex programs and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience supporting federal, government, or large-scale programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to COR, CO and CGS for program activities.
• Lead and oversee multiple Project Managers across diverse locations.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of numerous projects.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, schedules, and quality objectives.
• Develop program plans, monitor budgets, and conduct cost analyses.
• Prepare executive-level reports and briefings for management.
• Drive risk mitigation and process improvements across programs.
