Job summary

You will drive planning, budgeting, and execution across locations, mentor staff, and report to client leadership. This on-site contract position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in architecture or engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading complex programs and facilities initiatives.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience supporting federal, government, or large-scale commercial programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to the COR, CO and CGS.
• Lead and oversee contracted Project Managers.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across diverse locations.
• Ensure program requirements, quality standards, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Monitor performance and report on progress to client leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
