Job summary

SAIC is seeking a highly strategic Capture Manager to join our Civilian Business Group. This role owns end-to-end capture efforts across multiple pursuits, coordinating with internal teams to mature opportunities from qualification through proposal.

You will develop win strategies, build diverse teams, engage senior government stakeholders, manage budgets, and drive compliant, compelling proposals for complex contracts often exceeding $100M.

Responsibilities

• Lead captures exceeding $100M with tailored win strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and inspire high-performing capture teams, overseeing solution development, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and proposal strategy.
• Mentor and elevate capture excellence across the organization by sharing best practices.
• Strategically engage senior government stakeholders and teaming partners to shape opportunities and influence acquisition methodologies.
• Develop and manage capture budgets with focus on ROI and disciplined investment.
• Convert complex mission requirements into executable capture plans aligned with customer objectives and acquisition trends.
• Collaborate with BD, pricing, contracts, delivery, and proposal teams to align efforts for successful submissions.
