Job summary

Lynker is seeking an experienced Capture Manager in the United States to lead assigned capture efforts from early opportunity identification through proposal submission, award, and transition. The role requires proven hands-on leadership in federal captures, win strategies, and competitive positioning.

You will develop and execute capture plans, engage government customers, manage pipelines, and coordinate with proposal teams to ensure disciplined pursuit and successful contract wins.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of federal business development and capture experience with bid responsibility.
• Experience shaping opportunities prior to solicitation and leading bids.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS environments and federal procurement vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts from opportunity identification to award and transition.
• Develop capture plans, win strategies, pricing, and positioning.
• Manage qualification, gate reviews, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Maintain capture schedules, call plans, and competitive assessments.
• Collaborate with proposal leadership to ensure smooth transition through lifecycle.
