Lynker is seeking a Capture Manager to drive growth in federal markets. You will lead capture from identification to award, develop win strategies, and shape opportunities pre-solicitation, leveraging deep DoD/DHS/DOE relationships.

The role requires cross‑functional leadership, strong market intelligence, and experience with FAR/DFARS, OTAs, and GWACs. Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record are essential; Lynker offers ESOP, healthcare, and career growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Federal business development and capture management.
• Proven success leading Federal bids in the $30–100M+ range.
• Established DoD/DHS/DOE/DOI/FAA relationships and market knowledge.
• Ability to shape opportunities prior to solicitation.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, OTAs, IDIQs, GWACs and BPAs.
• Experience creating capture plans, win strategies, and value propositions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts from identification through proposal submission and award.
• Develop and execute capture plans, including pricing strategy and positioning.
• Translate customer missions into differentiated win strategies.
• Maintain capture schedules, call plans, and CRM/pipeline updates.
• Engage customers, partners, and stakeholders to shape opportunities.
• Represent Lynker at industry events and market development activities.
• Collaborate with Proposal Team to transition capture to proposal development.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
